Here you will find information about current developments in contemporary jazz and related improvised music. For more than half a century I have been deeply involved in this, both as a listener and as a practitioner. Since I no longer live in a jazz mecca but in an absolute corner of Europe, my focus is mainly on the American scene and this strongly determines the content of this site.
