38. Viros

Kályves is literally on the edge of the Viros Gorge, a ravine about 150 m deep that originates at the foot of Chalasmeno.

The photo below was taken in the immediate vicinity of Kályves; in the center you can see the mountain village of Jatreïka and to the left of it, Tseria. At the bottom center, the rocky bed of the Viros is visible.
